Voting is now open for two (2) board seats that will expire in June 2026. The newly elected board members will fulfill a 3-year term that will expire in June 2029.

Who can vote?
Parents/guardians of students at Jefferson Academy Charter Schools, including Jefferson Academy Home-Based Educational Programs (Summit Academy campuses), shall be allowed to vote for members of the Board. Each parent/guardian shall have one vote for each director position up for election.
Paid employees of Jefferson Academy Charter Schools, including Jefferson Academy Home-Based Educational Programs (Summit Academy campuses), that have worked in the organization for at least two years at the time of such determination will be allowed to vote for members of the Board. Part-time substitutes and stipend only staff are not eligible to vote. Each eligible employee shall have one vote for each director position up for election.

Voting closes on May 12, 2026 at 4:00 pm MDT. The number of voting members that constitutes a quorum is 701, so please take a moment of your time and vote for these two (2) open seats. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to any Board member.
