Field Trip Information
Summit South organizes field trips for students and their family members throughout the year. Information about each event, along with others in the homeschool community, will be posted on the Events page.
Signup Procedure
Most field trip signups will be handled through Google Forms linked in the weekly newsletters, and families will receive information by email and e-newsletter. Sign-up and payment deadlines must be met to attend the event.
Payment Procedure
Most field trip costs may be paid by cash, check, or card at the front desk. Make checks out to JASH and write the name of the trip in the memo. Other events may require payment onsite. This information will be spelled out in the description for each trip.
Refund Policy
Summit South purchases tickets or arranges the field trip classes, tours, etc., ahead of time. Everyone who signs up for a ticketed event is expected to pay for their reservations. Changes may be made up to the signup deadline. If you sign up to go and then are unable to attend, you may find someone to take your place, but you will not be refunded for the event once tickets have been purchased.
