Course Registration Information


Both current and new families will receive a link for course registration at their chosen location when the registration window opens. This link is not to be shared. There are many great courses to choose from! We will do our best to give you your first choice, but you must list a second choice when registering for classes.

School enrollment and course registration will be finalized once we receive all necessary enrollment documents, such as those listed below. Upon school enrollment through EnrollJeffco, we will send you a link with more information about submission.

Course Registration Dates

  • June 3: Course Registration begins for current Summit South families

  • June 7: Course Registration begins for new families (process will be finalized upon receipt of all paperwork)

  • June 17 (tentative): Student Schedules will be available to download from Infinite Campus


Schedule Changes

Parents may make schedule changes for their student(s) until 9/24/2021, depending on class availability. No changes can be made during the state attendance audit, also known as October Count. Under special circumstances, schedule changes may resume beginning 11/1/2021, with the following provisions:


  • Space must be available in the requested class.

  • Director approval is needed; only special circumstances will be considered, as changes affect the teachers' planning and other schedules.

  • Parents should be aware that students in grades 9-12 receive a WP (withdrawal passing) or WF (withdrawal failing) on their permanent transcript for the class that is being dropped.

  • Schedule changes can be requested by submitting a Schedule Change Request form (coming soon). You will be notified of approval and changes by email.
